2    With respect to any such property that had been plundered and exported by former enemy states from the territories of six former Socialist Republics within the U.S.S.R. that are now independent nations, and which constitutes the national heritage of such Republics and not other Republics, such Republics retain the right to recover such property from the Russian Federation upon their agreement to mutual treatment for Russian Federation property currently located on their territories (Article 7).
